Im not a Floyd fan but he's a great athlete so I think that he can learn to wrestle in a year. Bruce Lee said you only need to learn boxing and wrestling and you can beat anybody. The current heavyweight champ Stipe Miocic is a boxer (golden gloves champ) and a wrestler and he rarely kicks. MMA fighters often say you cant use jiu jitsu on a wrestler. So I think he can be good in MMA. But for example a lot of K1 fighters tried MMA and failed. But I dont know how much groundgame they trained. The only ones from K1 to MMA who did good that I can think of right now are Cro Cop and Mark Hunt. So Floyd does have a chance I think.Comment

* my hand game, 1 to 10, is 100.
* My kicking game, on a scale of 1 to 10, is probably a 4.

The only upside for FMJ if he gets in the cage is a few Brinks trucks filled to capaicity with currency. I'm almost willing to bet more people will buy this fight than those that watched the O.J. trial for free.
Especially if they pick a guy that folks feel is gonna elbow and kick FMJ until he looks like a walking Emmitt Till. Let's be honest, people want to see FMJ bleed, beaten, and broken. We paid $100 USD for Conner vs FMJ in a boxing ring. I'm willing to bet people would be more than happy to pay $200 USD to see them go at it in the cage.Comment

if you are not a genuine brown belt in bjj, you should forget MMA
they seem to be able to cover-up other deficiencies
if your stand up aint that strong, there are techniques/tactics
if your wrestling aint that strong..... techniques/tactics to make it more difficult for your opponent
but on the ground..... you are royally fk'd and about to get something bent/choked/shoved up your ass
bjj is probably the best all-around martial art there isComment
