Remember Floyd's IV incident? Nevada's Commissioner Bennet said it was illegal for Floyd to have an IV at his house and that USADA didn't have the authority to grant a TUE, then he did a 180 and said Floyd did nothing wrong and there was no need to investigate.
This time at least Nevada's investigating but it seems like a long shot to expect the process to be fair when there millions at stake.
