Till this day Verdejo has NOT fought a top 10 contender..His record is full of tomato cans & C grade fighters & against some of those, even tho he won was not impressive & against another in the last rounds he was getting hit more than usual & struggling..He really needs to pick up his game & start fight real opponents.

Salido fought Juanma in 2011 & the fight against Guerrero was in 2006 (5 years before he fought Juanma) & in that fight against Guerrero, Salido's second sample came out negative but for some reason the outcome of the fight stood as a "no-contest".

Verdejo to me is extremely over rated. TR is trying to position him in the great lineage of PR fighters but IMO he is like Juan Ma-all hype no real substance.

Juanma was massively talented but didn't use his boxing skills enough and got into too many brawls. That said, I wouldn't consider him a hype job. He had some good wins and a pretty solid career.

I'm not sure what people saw? Ever since 2016 I knew this guy wasn't going to do sh it. He became Felix Pendejo in 2016. I knew from then he wasn't cut from the same clothe as Cotto or Trinidad.

Trinidad and Cotto were destroying the type of guys that were giving Felix Pendejo hell when they fought them. That was the red flag that told me this kid is not the next star from P.R.
