Then stand on your principals and pull out the fight. If Canelo did something that GGG's team truly thought was so bad they don't have to fight. But screaming about it while turning around and taking the money makes them complicit if you really think there is a cover up to look the other way then GGG is also in on it. Golovkin will make a huge statement by beating Canelo this time. It will be his defining moment in the sport and he relishes in that. I'm a fan of both fighters but the fact that Canelo has been juicing is deplorable and will only make the victory for Golovkin sweeter. If the fight is sanctioned and the opponent who tested dirty isn't suspended wouldn't the challenger by default as a mandatory to at least one of those belts get the belt if the champion pulls out of the fight? Let's not act like Sulaiman wouldn't love to find a way of justifying transferring that belt back to Canelo. I get your argument cuz but I think you are looking at the situation too planly as the B-side I doubt there is much in the way of protection for Golovkin within those contracts.

That makes no sense if you wanted out you don't have to wait for any investigation. Plenty examples of fighters pulling out long before a formal investigation. Especially when day 1 everyone said nothing will happen with an investigation because there was already precedent with Francisco Vargas a little over a year ago and WADA stance on this and recommendation is listed on their website which is to not punish the athlete. There was only ever probably a 5% chance at best that Nevada was going to cancel this fight. Nobody is forcing GGG to fight he wants to fight. He's not a victim if Nevada doesn't cancel the fight because that's clearly what the GGG camp wants!

Let me clear the suspense for you Nevada is NOT canceling the fight everyone including GGG knows it and if GGG truly wanted out he doesn't even need Nevada. The best time to pull out is last week. Waiting for Nevada and more evidence to come out pointing to meat contamination and Canelo being cleared and then GGG pulls out looks worst plus it wastes a training camp and costs him countless millions for an older fighter with not much time left in the game. The fight is happening otherwise GGG wouldn't be training for it but if you ain't pulling out on principal then sell the fight you dummy and put a mussel on your trainer. He is not going to be suspended because Vargas wasn't suspended and because WADA doesn't recommend him be suspended and there is precedent in boxing and other sports for him not to be. And GGG hasn't once said I am still fighting because I fear I will be stripped or punished if I pull out. Wilder pulled out the Povetkin fight before any formal investigation and didn't lose his belt and he was facing a real mandatory. Canelo hasn't been ranked by the WBC in 2 years and isn't a mandatory for any of the other belts. GGG could of pulled out last week and not lost a thing but a big payday. Loeffler the only one in that camp with a brain cell isn't screaming for Canelo to be suspended or that GGG is pulling out the fight. Nobody wants the fight canceled INCLUDING GGG. So since it's very clear they don't want to pull out the fight and want to still get paid then why have your trainer keep making ****** comments that could drive away PPV sales which takes money out of GGG's pocket? im not saying to cancel the fight! but something has to be done to canelo. at least hit him with a fine. that's what sanchez is crying about. there's literally nothing being done to canelo and this is why sanchez been running his mouth.
