Shavers knocking out Norton ( his best K.O ) in 1979 AFTER Foreman doesnt indicate he he hits harder than a guy with a resume full of better opponents , get real . lol

Lyle defeated Shavers so i take that comment as serious as Holmes getting pasted by Tyson in 4 yet claiming Shavers hits harder than Tyson .

I never brought up Norton, you did. I felt like a difference between a first round and second round KO was peanuts. Especially with so much time between the fights. That would have been like me saying Cooney hit harder than Foreman. If the fights were back to back, maybe.

Hard to answer.. Big George is a way better boxer but Wilde power is real, he's defo top 3 one of the most powerful hitters of all time.

I brought up Norton bc thats Shavers BEST quality K.O , yet that proves Shavers hits the hardest.?

Among HWs you have Foreman, Tyson, Wlad, Vlad, Shaveryls, Lewis, Tua, Ruddock, Cooney, Wilder, Joshua, and Haye. After Foreman and Shavers, I do not know how to rank these guys based on power. Sometimes I feel prime Haye hots harder than Wilder and Joshua. Let's not forget Samuel Peter.

It’s always going to be a hard comparison because (off the top of my head) Norton is the only person they both KO’d. I think that Shavers Second round KO over Bugner is meaningful since he had never been stopped prior to that and had fought Lyle, Frazier, Ali (twice)

Gotta throw Ron Lyle in there IMO

And Morrison. Lyle was a dog that's for sure.

Ron Lyle is a more proven puncher than Shavers just on the Foreman fight , some of these standards are ridiculous really . Giving certain lables bc fighter A has a better K.O % than fighter B . lol
