Who did he win those world titles against though? He's nothing but a paper title collector yet to face one elite or even world class boxer.
Adrien Broner is a 3 weight world champion himself, lol. It doesn't mean a great deal when you're winning world titles from guys half your size who wasn't much good in the first place.
He's just jumping through these weights cherrypicking weak paper titlists. He's not cleared one division or attempted to unify.

He’s not generally trying to KO his opponents, he’s just embarrassing the **** out them. Footwork is one of the reasons they quit, they can’t touch him!
waters said at the end of the fight you can see it on you tube that he was getting staggered and hurt the last 2 rds. if you are not getting hurt there is NO reason to quit cause a guy like waters can land a KO punch.
its crazy, here you have Mikey Garcia who is getting praised for being one of today's elite, and the guy wants to fight errol, and people give him **** for wanting to fight errol. I thought as fans we want fighters to move up and take challenges? Sure he would be the underdog but that's even better, hes not afraid. I give him props.
