Adrien Broner is a 3 weight world champion himself, lol. It doesn't mean a great deal when you're winning world titles from guys half your size who wasn't much good in the first place.

He's just jumping through these weights cherrypicking weak paper titlists. He's not cleared one division or attempted to unify.
How can any rational boxing fan want to praise this? Then you have people claiming this guy is P4P, GTFOH!
I like Mikey and I've held back from expressing some of my opinions, but it's difficult to argue against anything you've said.

    I d still think he's a p4p fighter though.

I agree with you!! I personally don't think its a good idea but how can you knock a guy for wanting to challenge himself unlike a lot of other fighters in the welterweight division. I don't understand some of the "fans" here.

waters said at the end of the fight you can see it on you tube that he was getting staggered and hurt the last 2 rds. if you are not getting hurt there is NO reason to quit cause a guy like waters can land a KO punch.

          Exactly!!!
If he wants to challenge himself why are fans upset?

They just hate Mikey because they feel Mikey is stealing shine from their favorite fighter!

Garcia could win a title at 147 in the same way Broner managed it.... but not against Spence. Garcia doesn't look at his best above 135 imo.

He's not going to fight Spence, but it is good marketing.
