Lomachenko or Crawford.

Crawford may be the most complete fighter currently. Lomachenko is the most impressive talent and is the one improving most rapidly. He has the highest ceiling.

I think those two are a cut above the rest.

Crawford, possibly Loma. Loma has a legit loss, but he's made adjustments so it's hard to hold it against him anymore. Crawford needs to get challenged at 147 for us to know where he stands. I'd like to see Loma fight Garcia and Bud fight Spence to really see who the P4P best is.

Neither Canelo or GG are anywhere near as talented as those two so I'm not bothering to list them.
