You criticize Garcia for this but celebrate Bradley. Extremely hypocritical.

As for winning to become a star at TR- you didn't think Tim beat Manny. So yeah you have to win at TR-but that only happens if Bob gerrymanders the win. Which he then parlays into 3 fights.

Tim neither became a star nor earned the same amount against other opponents.

As for winning tough fights, Rigo did that against Nonito, upset the apple cart, and got shelved for doing so.

Come on daggum. You are completely off with your criticism here. This is nothing more tham "I hate Haymon so I now will criticize Mikey" BS.
What are you talking about? Manny was number 1 p4p when Bradley fought him. Floyd was in jail.

Bradley fought Provodnikov and Marquez after that. Not necessarily easy fights.

Top Ranks only problem is that they don't negotiate enough with other promotions, but they have always made the best fights within their stable.

Mikey fits right in with Haymon where they match their top fighters up with the easiest fights for as long as possible until they can't anymore.

you wanted him to wait around for floyd to fight him(dubious) instead of getting a guaranteed fight against the best boxer on the planet? makes no sense. bradley left to fight the best. garcia left to fight lipinets. those are opposites.
HAHAHA Ring. Ok daggum. That made me LMFAO!!

His 1st fight with TR was Casamayor, not Manny. So it is completely the same thing.

Don't forget the rest of the post. Did Time beat Manny? Was Rigo rewarded for winning?

      HAhaha RING rankings.

Broner was a good, solid win. He is no slouch. He is not to the level some assumed he would.

Yes, he deserves criticism for the Gamboa fallout. That doesn't change the fact he has fought a solid resume filled with tough opponents, even though he doesn't have a top p4p fighter on his resume.

Tim's 1st fight on his TR deal was Casamayor, not Manny.

        Floyd wasn't in jail.

No, they do not always do that. They make solid in house fights, but usually to avoid the bet fight for their guy because they might lose. So does TR, they just do it in a different way.

Take Linares. When Mikey was poised to fight Linares-posters didn't talk about Linares wins and losses but how he performed as a way of devaluing him solely because he was going to fight Mikey.

When the Loma/Linares fight was being discussed, those same posters then only talked about where Linares was ranked in the LW division and not about his past performance.

So its the exact same guy, its just that depending on the "A side is" who he is promoted by, and what network he fights on drives how certain posters judge him. That is crazy.

anytime a fighter gets buzz "he hasn't fought anyone" seems to be the narrative. its puzzling because these guys are fighting ranked professional boxers and winning every great had wins where the fighter was just a decent fighter whats the big deal?

You don't see me touting him or Broner's titles either.

I just remind people that promoter gift titles happen all the time. Just like Broner has them, so does Manny. Diaz, Cotto, Margs-all promoter gift titles.

Actually Arum stated to boxing scene that he would make the fight. He says if Mikey is serious to have his people give him a call.
Whenever a promoter says have someone call them they ain't trying to make a fight.

HBO didn't mess anything up, Garcia was going to sign (he loved the deal) then his old man said he might get hurt then the excuses came out. Grandpa tells the same story.

Garcia is calling everybody's name out, where the hell you been? He even called out Spence recently. Spence would pine box Garcia. Calls out all the big names and then he fights 13 wins, little lady hands, Lipinets.

This is what you call proper matchmaking, I believe Tcraw will hand his first L if he fought him at 140

He fights good competition and easily beats them. There are never a whole bunch of great fighters fighting in the same weight class. If great fighters were that common then they really wouldn't be great but just better than average. Loma looks like a great fighter so that would be his chance to fight a great fighter if the fight can be made.
