He's certainly white. His surname sounds German and this is what his wikipedia says:

Showtime hired him as an analyst? That is absolutely insane. That guy is beyond ****** when it comes to boxing. I don't even think he knows enough about MMA to really be commentating UFC's big fights. I mean yeah he's a nice guy, knows he doesn't know a ton but I mean I don't get it.
Maybe Showtime wants to lower the boxing IQ in their analyst to make the sport more intriguing to casuals.

If he doesn't know about boxing why is Showtime hiring him to cover their boxing events now?

I saw this dude on the Oscars hosting the post show and the actors had no clue who he was, this guy has one of the best agents of all time, he wasnt a great fighter and not famous in UFC yet now he is getting top of the line gigs and he isn't a good speaker.
