I feel like he could win some fights at Welter, but he'd want to pick his opponents carefully. Most of the top guys at WW nowadays are big ****ers, and when Broner finally decided to come forward in the last couple of rounds when he fought Garcia it did seem like he was doing some damage and forcing him back - even though Garcia dominated that fight I did notice that it was him who was looking more marked up. I don't think he has the power to damage these guys unless he lands perfectly. He can win a fifth belt in a different division with a careful pick, but if I were him I wouldn't stick around to campaign there, I'd just vacate and go back down.
