In reality I'm in the same boat as you and others, I want to see the fight. But I'm also smart enough to work out that no active heavyweight outside Fury, demands a 40% split versus Joshua.

As Floyd use to say "If you normally make $2 million, I'll pay you $5 or 6 million, if you normally make $5 million, I'll give you $10 million".

Joshua has put himself in this type of position now, just to a smaller scale. He'll make £15-20 million against anyone. I think a lot of people here are missing this point.

Floyd took less than 35% of the pot against Gatti and Oscar, but it put him over the top in terms of popularity and becoming a household name, and he was already a relative star in his own right leading up to those fights, and p4p #1. He backed his own ability to win those fights and cash in long term. I think that is the mentality that Wilder and Parker are missing.
