I just don't get why Arum wouldnt make the pacquiao mathysse fight himself and put it as the co headline with the Crawford Horn fight. That would be a good ppv card. Instead pacquiao its forced to try to secure funding from investors whom he has no clue whether they will come up with three money or not.
