I think most ppl just want to see Garcia fight a top opponent period. He ran from Linares, Cotto, even Easter jr and ended up taking this cherry. Mikey’s biggest fight at 135 is Linares and most knowledgeable fans know Mikey beats him.

Mikey won and is the best at 135 and 140. Still, a very underwhelming performance for Mikey. He throws and lands a ton of power shots that look and sound like they would definitely hurt. But AB and Lipinets both took his best shots without backing up at all. They walked right through Mikey's shots. They must not have as much power as they look like. His fight against AB was pure dominance, amazing display of skill. He definitely won handily against Lipinets, but it was winning rounds. Not dominating, at any point, but just constantly being a little better. He could stay at 135 and 140 and keep belts in both divisions while easily winning every fight, but he will jump to ww and lose. The money is at 147. Mikey is just a little bit too small to win against the best in the money division.

I think lipinets won by slimmest margin...Garcia did not do enough or more as a challenger....WOW Lipinets a 13 pro career fights making a hell of a fight with much experience and highly touted Garcia....less experience and unknown fighter making a supposed to be great fighter looks ordinary is remarkable....Garcia forget about 147lb ....you will be obliterated by a big names at WW....Go back to 135lb and fight Lomachenko....other big names at 140lb will send you to oblivion.....just a piece of advise...
