    I said..... " most likely "

    and I said that because.....

    1) two EXPERTS stated that the positive result was almost certainly caused by meat contamination..... one of those experts being the guy who conducted the test

    2) Canelo has never previously tested positive

this issue should be investigated, using the most advanced testing possible..... and Canelo should have to foot the bill

and if Team Bullshht do not wish to proceed with the bout, then that decision should be entirely up to them..... imho, I think that they should defer the fight and initiate a stricter testing protocol..... to force both camps to reset

that way..... accident or not, Golovkin will know that Canelo was clean for the entire duration of his camp.....

if that fk's up Cinco De Mayo for Canelo, hard luck for him..... it won't affect Golovkin's payday too much, if at all
That's the right path to take.

Unfortunately for him it will unless he is able to clear himself. What I don't understand is he trains in San Diego,CA and has the cash buy organic meat stateside, wtf is he doing eating meat from Mexico?

Claressa Shields just said on interview that she will not even take health supplements

she said words to the effect..... I am responsible, and a mistake could cost me 2 years off my career, I don't need that

this is a real strange one, not sure ?

I'm just wanting to clarify here, cos I don't pretend to know the truth of this situation, but all the quotes I've found have said that the results were 'consistent with' meat contamination, which is a very different thing to 'almost certainly caused by' meat contamination. You don't recall where you found those quotes by any chance?

                This whole thread is BS!

A fighter worth over 20 million is gonna risk everything for a dollar taco?

After all we are talking about tainted meat!

Might as well say dog ate my homework!

I had understood it as if it COULD be meat contamination.

I don’t know what you mean with even stricter testing. VADA is random testing and the best there is right now afaik and we can see it works.

Strange that you think it’s up to GGG to decide whether to proceed with the fight or not. I would think it’s up to the commission to get a thorough investigation going and following that a decision should be made.

                      the commission could

but the final decision will be up to Team Golovkin

nobody should object if they decided to defer the fight

and testing comes down to dollars

not talking about steroids here, mostly referring to scientific testing..... but the more advanced/thorough the testing, the more expensive it is.....

VADA became prominent because they were cheap enough to be viable

you could be right, not suggesting that they are inadequate..... just unsure if the lab tests that VADA performed were of the highest standard..... or just, generally regarded as sufficient
