Eddie & Chepo Reynoso are butchers who own meat markets in Mexico.

still think Clenelo is eating some cheap ass doped up meat?

here we we have an athlete who's trainers are involved in the meat industry. the tainted meat excuse should not fly for this cheater.

And yet another reason to believe the system is rigged in Canelo's favour.

WOW! Gotta say with the WBC defending an accused drug cheater before there has been an explanation shouts corruption and bias!! What a disgusting crooked organization and what a set of balls to publicly defend Canelo without any hesitation damn the investgation! Canelo may very well be completely inocent but thats up to a fair investagation to determine

No **** scherlok, why do you think he got a DRAW last fight, even when GGG clearly won the fight.

But with the WBC program, fighters can pay extra money, out of their own pockets, to guarantee that VADA will call them and test them, without notice, on a regular basis, so everybody knows they are clean.

The names he gave of fighters who do that were Golovkin, Wilder, Ward, and Donaire.
That is the thing. Whether they do random year round testing or not. This is what CBP must assure. If they can show he was clean few weeks prior I accept meat excuse otherwise he must be banned.

Jumping in to defend a man when they should be impartial. It’s embarassingly corrupt.

‘He’s been fine in the past so we think he is now’ is basically that reaction. What so therefore we can all act shady once or twice as long as most of the time we are decent guys? BS.

This just shows the state of the way Canelo is cradled in the arms of the bigger picture. They want him to be the face of the sport so so bad.

The thing here is that the tests prove him guilty and they are trying to hide it under a rug saying it was contamined meat. This is almost like the margarito plaster thing, he said he didnt know he was been put plaster wraps, still he was caught and penalized for it, no one should be given a free pass when they are cheating, if you know your chances of winning are low, do the mayweather thing, wait until they are out of their prime and fight them when they are a shadow of themselves to proclaim yourself the best, even after you paid the doping agency to let you use high dosages of IV to flush your system of the substances used and not get a trace, even if your testosteron lvl lowers so much that a 70yr old person has higher testosterone than you a high grade professional athlete.

The thing here is people choose to forget when their fighter is the one cheating or done shady things that need investigations, money corrupts anything, and with it you can shut or change the opinions of experts and in this cases agency's. But they should be held acountable for this, and fans even if it's his favorite fighter should not let things like this get a free pass.

WBC leaves no stone unturned to get some sanctioning fees from Canelo now and in the future.

The WBC's position on this makes sense.

Canelo has never tested dirty before...he has been in the Clean Testing program for years...and it is a fact that Mexico has a problem with clenbuterol in meat.

I think he deserves the benefit of the doubt when he says this was a result of tainted beef.

Good call on the Margarito hand wrap incident. You can claim blissful unawareness all you want : it still happened, a price must be paid regardless of your intent or even knowledge, you have been caught with something you shouldn’t be caught with.

From being little kids to grown adults, we all know that “I didn’t know”, or “I didn’t mean it” isn’t an excuse. It is never a decent excuse for anything, ever...we all know this.
