He's referring to all the other people who have had problems with tainted meat, but it's hard to figure whether he's saying Canelo wouldn't be crazy enough to get caught out like that himself, knowing about those problems, or that he wouldn't be crazy enough to try and cheat.

Golovkin is trying to spin it so this fight goes on. If it is a problem, it's a PR problem. Some casual fans have a real problem with PEDs in sports. They might decide to just skip this one, especially since there was already controversy with the scoring in the first one. I don't think a failed test is selling point for a fight of this magnitude.
