Pretty good sparring partner. The guy is durable and rugged. With headgear on, he'll push Joshua more. Pretty sure Takam didn't get knocked OUT with headgear on like another Ostrich'd legged Heavyweight, so he should survive the sparring sessions.

Takam has also never held a world title, unlike the 'Ostrich'd legged Heavyweight'. Takam's best performances have been a draw against Mike Perez, and his decision victory over Tony Thompson in France. Perez fell-off mentally after having injured Abdusalamov, and Thompson was easily KO'd by recent opponents of both wilder & Joshua. Takam's gritty performance against Joshua probably says more about Joshua's level than it does about Takam's. But never mind that, just keep focusing on Deontay's ostrich legs.

Takam on a full camp would have been a different story against AJ, than Takam against AJ on 2 weeks notice.
