Winky destroyed Tito when they fought. Tito won maby 1 round. But if they had fought a few years before, Tito could have stopped winky.

I doubt it. Winky could have beat Tito at anytime of his career after the Vargas fight. Tito to one dimensional , outcome would have been the same. Any superior boxer could have beat Tito. DLH already showed that to the world.
