Definitely difficult, if not impossible in some cases, to judge intent.

But they NEVER apply the same rules to everyone & idk that they will anytime soon, rightly or wrongly, cuz I do believe the supplement industry is sketchy as f#ck (not that that is relevant here) & elite level athletes are going to need supplements & its not realistic to expect most athletes to be able to pay the $5k-ish to test every $80 product they buy.

Randomly it probably wouldn't be a bad company for someone to start that'll test supplements that people use to insure they are safe. They could even sell products that are deemed 100% competitive athlete friendly themselves or that could be the company f#ck testing other peoples sh^t. Maybe it already exists, but I've not seen it.

Very interesting thread. To me,the intent does matter. The actual extent of the violation matters more. For example, if cycling a ped and having some in the system accidentally do not give the sane results.

Reading more and more about this, it’s becoming difficult to believe the Mexican beef story, given the prior history as well as actual levels of the drug found in the system.

I want to give canelo the benefit of the doubt, but this was a risk he knowingly took and the excuse is a little too easy and su****ious.
