Comments Thread For: Scott Quigg Expects an All-Out War With Oscar Valdez

They say styles make fights and we could have a good one as WBO featherweight titlist Oscar Valdez (23-0, 19 KO's) faces Scott Quigg (34-1-2, 25 KO's) from the StubHub Center in Carson, California as the main event on ESPN on Saturday night.

If it's a war, Valdez sparks him out. It'd be in his best interest to try to box the whole night.

It may very well be a short fight, probably ending with a Valdez knockout win. I've never been sold on Quigg, to be honest.

This is going to be a good one and I think Quigg's shorter punches and tighter technique make him live in this.

Going to be at this fight too. Stub Hub fights always deliver.

I think he'll have some success and get his shots in but expect Valdez to edge him on a decision after a late rally. If Valdez steamrolls him I'll be very impressed. Quigg has a lot of skill.

Quigg wins but gets robbed on the cards. Valdez is made for him.
