i guess what that idiot is trying to get at is even though it's illegal, if someone's from a "contaminated country" it's fine. ok guess folks should pack up and train there and juice like no other because just blame it on the "meat". guess these people like jamie fox "blame it on the goose" and shaggy "it wasn't me"Also from your link...
Clenbuterol is a prohibited substance, classified under the category of Other Anabolic Agents on the Prohibited List because it promotes muscle growth through anabolic properties.
Also from your link...
It is also worth noting that even more clenbuterol cases (in the hundreds) have been prosecuted and have led to sanctions since 2010.
One more thing, I also linked the wada website saying clenbuterol is banned in any concentration.
Stop lying please
whatever fits their agenda
if you know stuff is contaminated, why are you ingesting it
better yet, why not ingest it if there are no consequences.
if I was a boxer, i might as well train in Mexico and roid up. Blame it on the meat.Comment

Canelo Alvarez’s recent positive tests for Clenbuterol are far from Abel Sanchez’s only concerns leading up to Gennady Golovkin’s rematch against Alvarez. Sanchez, Golovkin’s trainer, told Yahoo! Sports’ Kevin Iole for a story posted Wednesday that the Nevada State Athletic Commission allowed Alvarez to illegally wrap his hands the night he fought Golovkin to a controversial draw September 16 in Las Vegas. The veteran trainer from California detailed how he questioned what he viewed as the prohibited practice of “stacking” while watching Alvarez get his hands wrapped in his dressing room at T-Mobile Arena.Comment

WADA don't make rules, they make recommendations, man. It's up to the governing bodies of the sports who requested the testing to decide what to do with those recommendations. It shouldn't really be about punishment anyway IMO unless they can definitely prove deliberate wrong-doing, however (and also in IMO) the burden of proof for the purposes of fighter safety should be significantly lower. What I'm saying - kinda - is that a fight probably shouldn't be sanctioned if a fighter pops negative for anything (above the set limits), but further punitive sanctions should not be enforced unless its demonstrable with a high degree of likelihood that the fighter deliberately used PEDs.Doesn't VADA follow WADA rules?
That's right the drug testing org that sets the rules for 100s of sports wouldn't do ****. There's hundreds of Mexicans competing in many sports with clen in their bodies competing perfectly legally.
“We acknowledge that the clenbuterol meat contamination issue is unsatisfactory,” said Olivier Niggli, Director General, WADA. “Accordingly, since 2011, the Agency has carried out several research studies aimed at providing analytical means to distinguish ingestion of clenbuterol by pharmacological origin versus that of meat contamination,” he continued. “We will continue to invest in scientific research to try to solve this issue as quickly as possible,” Niggli continued. “However, in the meantime, we maintain that disciplinary proceedings against athletes with low level urinary concentrations, from countries known for significant risk of exposure, would have little to no prospect of success; and, would be very unfair to the athletes concerned.”

"All of the values were below 1ng/ml and therefore in the range of potential meat contamination cases."
Canelo's results were between 0.6-0.8Comment
