The fact is, Canelo failed a drug test. Trying to argue that it came from tainted meat is what is called supposition. Also, trying to argue that he intentionally took clen is supposition.
But the fact is, Canelo failed a drug test.Comment

Athletes that had 1/10th the amount in their body. Nobody has spoken specifically about this case since it's less than 48 hours old and everyone is in damage control to make sure the sports biggest fight happens.
This is telling IMO.
The New York Times’s Juliet Macur, reporting on the Contador case, wrote the following in Sept 2010:
“Fernando Ramos, a professor at the University of Coimbra in Portugal who has studied clenbuterol contamination in meat for 20 years, said it was highly unlikely that Contador tested positive from eating meat other than liver, noting that the concentration would have to be so high that the animal would have died before being slaughtered.
“When asked what the chances were that Contador’s positive test, even at such low levels, was a result of the meat he ate, Ramos said, 'I can say 99% it's impossible'.
Ramos says it’s possible to ingest detectable amounts of clenbuterol from livestock—but only if you eat the liver of the animal, “where clenbuterol is known to accumulate.” And then you would get terribly ill.".
