I was in Vegas our Uber Driver was a professional boxer it was an Arab guy so I forgot his name and we were talking boxing he told me all top boxers are using steroids . He said they take roids to take a better punch have more endurance . He told there is no clean fighter who fights 12 rounds. I ask him about IV clean Floyd he laughed and said the guy uses don’t believe about him being clean. He told me they spend about $5000 a month on roids when preparing to go 12 rounds

I have thought this for years now......if you are anywhere near the top, you are more than likely using...like 95% of guys are juiced in some fashion. Big former fan of Canelo. To me he looked like he was using PED's in the last fight. I'm surprised he didn't get caught sooner. Any thoughts?

Passed all the tests like most. What can you really do??? Boxing VADA be a JOKE with either WBC or WBA. It helps a lot but in the end????

GGG was just in Mexico, he didn’t test positive for Clen. I was in Mexico, I didn’t test positive for Clen.

I’m not a million dollar athlete, just someone whose job sent him to Mexico and made take a full drug test.

Smith has it right, Canelo is not going to eat some bullshiiiit meat. It’s a convenient excuse for his apologist.

No one is gloating because it’s canelo, we’re gloating because the use of PED in boxing is widespread and Canelo refused VADA for the Smith fight, and they way he dropped weight was fishy. If the cash cow got caught, we know anyone can. That’s a reason to gloat. Canelo is not a clean fighter, period.

You're going mainly with wishful thinking and speculation on this one. You simply don't have the data to prove your point one way or the other. I've said all along that true cheaters should get some punishment. But I also, unlike many it seems, don't jump to early conclusions. And you're asleep if you don't see that goes on WAY too much.

He looked a little bigger than average in the GGG fight, but nothing stood out to me to sound an alarm he was juicing. I just think it's too early to jump to conclusions, that's all. Maybe the lead up and the fight with this rematch will show something different. I'll wait before passing any judgement on the matter. I am a fan of Canelo, but if he turns up as a cheater I will likely move on, as many would. But right now, I'm just not seeing it.

Thank-you. I have no problem taking the minority opinion, but honestly have felt I am alone in thinking this may be much ado about not a freaking thing until we get more evidence. Been lonely in the wilderness out here....

I've been this way concerning any fighter suspected of cheating. No matter if I'm a fan of theirs or not. Some fans go full blown off-the-charts with the issue. 'Ban em for life!' I say let this thing play itself out, and especially in this particular case.

I can think of 3 Mexican fighters, which include Margarito, JMM, and, now, Canelo. To make a blanket statement on all Mexican fighters is a stretch since we see cheats from all races in all sports.

Hey Dummy may I remind you, there are the Bertos, the Petersons, and even the Mayweather intravenous rehydration before the Manny fight. Cheaters are everywhere as we know from guys in Europe cyclists, to Manny and his "FEAR" of needles, to the age lying scheme in the gymnastics in the Chinese national team, Not to mentioned Russia has been ban from the Olympics for the constant abuse of illegal substances.

There is cheaters everywhere do not single out one group because that shows how big of a Bigot/hater you are.

It's disappointing Canelo tested positive for a banned substance but to put all Mexican fighters in the same category is a stretch. Povetkin tested positive, Peterson tested positive, John Molina, Vitali Klitschko, Lucian Bute, Fonfara, James Toney and Tommy Morrison etc... I still believe Canelo should be punished for what he's done but to classify a whole race as cheats is crazy dude.
