He’s been saying exactly this always. Nothing’s changed.

Let's hope that Hearn is not allowed to mess about with inept slow and amateurish Miller or try to resurrect Whyte has he's tried.

There's one fight out there and that's this one .....and Wilder should be paid his fair share as both will earn a fortune.

I'm a A.J.' ER but can't see him avoiding those fast powerful punches for long I just hope he gets there first.

I think AJ's best chance in a fight with Wilder will be to use his jab to set up combinations early on and look to end it early on. AJ will most likely take the centre of the ring and nick a lot of rounds but Wilder has good stamina, recovery and is always a live wire with that bomb of a right hand.

I see this like you. AJ probably has to take him out of there in 6 or less and there is a decent chance he could do that as he will immediately take centre ring and put Wilder on the end of his punches. But even then AJ has decisions to make after gassing himself against Wlad looking for the finish.

But whilst, AJ has gotten his 2nd wind against both Whyte and Wlad but it take him a round and a bit to get his legs under him vs Whyte and even longer against Wlad. Wilder would windmill the holy ghost out of him if he has him rocking.

When you feel you have to narrow the parameters like that for AJ you have to go with the other guy. I'm borderline at the point where I would put actual money on Wilder.

100%. I don't even think Hearn is "promoting" by saying that. I think thats legit. Wilder looks f#cking awful at times...f#ck a lot of time, but he keeps winning & f#cking up people's sh^t. I legit believe he can beat anyone on any given day & he can lose to a lot of mfers on any given day.

I could legit see him beat Joshua & lose to Breazeale or something that don't make no damn sense like that.

I don't think Wilder vs AJ will be the fight everyone is expecting. Joshua is much bigger, faster and stronger than Ortiz who Wilder wouldn't engage with until the 5th round. I'm not expecting a competitive fight like AJ/Klitschko here for the first 5 rounds, with punches going both ways, I expect Wilder fighting back-foot and probably getting stopped early..... or if he somehow navigates his way through the first 6 rounds (probably losing every round) and Joshua gases then he will activate the windmill, Wilder is not hard to figure out now, he doesn't win convincingly or even have to box well, he just has to pray he can buzz them and windmill them.

Ironically, I wouldn't be surprised if Luis Ortiz was a type 2 diabetic. What with that rocketing blood pressure and relatively young age.

But yeah this fight has to be made. My money is actually Wilder now. Unless Joshua just takes him out of the there in a few rounds. The threat doesn't diminish with Wilder as the fight goes on but I think it does with AJ.
That's because he is older than his "Official sport age", this was like Samuel "Who ness" peter... Who at "34" is probably 8 years older.

I think some people are deluded sometimes, I don't like Eddie hearn but he has been consistent in regards to Wilder. He always thought he was dangerous, marketable but vulnerable at the same time. If eddie would have it, he would be promoting Wilder now.

Even though AJ is the A-side, if he beats Parker then he has to unify the last piece of the belt. If he destroys Parker early then i think the Wilder fight could happen next, if he struggles then i expect Hearn to get him a breather before the Wilder fight.

Am saying all of this in anticipation that both sides negotiates that fight in good faith.
