There has been numerous articles of professionals that have repeatedly said that without 365 testing, it was pointless unless they were blatantly using. And stuff like retroactive TUE's are not allowed by WADA, Floyd got away with it because NSAC/USADA's contract with Floyd allowed it. Its not gold standard/OST if concessions like this are made.

what was presented... was fine, and no problem for anyone else

fair point about the gold standard being diluted..... but if Pac killed a super-fight over "randomized testing during 8 weeks"..... then no way would he have agreed to "year round, randomized testing"

look, I am happy to leave it there..... we can agree to disagree, and my opinion is just that..... an opinion

all I am saying is... it is highly amusing to see such "outrage" from the very same people who happily looked the other way when Pac was doing his thing

your insistence that Pacquiao was clean because he never failed a drug test..... when you are well-aware that Manny refused random blood tests for FIVE YEARS..... is lame as hell

The standard test right before the fight are useless. Its like telling a binge drinker we are going to test your BAC at 7pm in 90 days from now and expecting that it would prove they havent had a drink in the last 3 months if they blow a 0.0.

Manny had free reign to juice every single training camp if he so desired.

immediately after the second Marquez fight, Manny Steward stated that Pac should consider retiring..... he said that Pac looked shopworn and had been in too many wars.....

Manny then linked up with Alex Ariza

immediately following Pac's next fight against David Diaz, Steward was gushing with praise, saying that Manny looked rejuvenated/revitalized, and a completely different fighter

and NO, Steward was not throwing Manny under a bus, he was simply commenting on what he saw

what happened next..... ? here, let me remind you.....

Pac then skipped through THREE DIVISIONS in 9 months, gaining 12lbs of muscle..... seemingly increasing his speed/power and (get this) punch output..... while looking as fresh as a daisy..... wtf?

you know absolutely nothing about boxing if that does not seem suspicious to you

Pac turned from a shopworn fighter, into a 1200+ punch dynamo, who (coincidentally) refused to test..... then, Pac just as suddenly reverted back into a normal 400-500 punch fighter who looked tired at the end of a fight, and (coincidentally) he suddenly had no problem taking blood tests

          LMAO

          • most of the boxing world knows whats up with Pac

and they happily looked the other way

I don't take steroid accusations too seriously now

            thanks Manny

            • It’s hilarious how pac is the one being discussed yet Floyd gets caught with needles in him and there is nothing to see there haha both are on the sh it and both fan bases are delusional

so according to you any shot fighter can take what you say Manny did and become a young fighter more then doubling punch output. why didn't Chavez do that or sugar ray leonard hearns Duran etc?

oh no, Pac is a terrific fighter..... he proved that with Mayweather

he threw 1200+ punches at Clottey looooool

Roy Jones made the highest recorded weight gain in boxing history at 41 lbs..... Pac made the second highest recorded weight gain in boxing history at 40 lbs

Jones was HUGE, and yet he had to use steroids..... Pac is a midget who weighed about the same as one of Jones legs when he started boxing..... and yet, he was clean?????

..... despite killing a super-fight by refusing random blood tests

                  good on ya

lets agree to disagree man lol
