Imo it should be enforced as the rule book says

I think the first clinch should be a warning
"Dont grab , you are being warned"

Second clinch "last warning , next time you grab im taking a point "

Third clinch " stop, one point deducted"

That just isn't true. There are Mexican boxers who can't punch and other Mexicans who punch harder than hell. Try telling Khan that Canelo can't punch or explain to Pacquiao what a weak puncher Marquez is. Richardo Lopez, Chavez Sr., Ruben Olivares and Saldivar were famous punchers just to name a few. There are lots of hard punching Mexicans fighting right now.
