It did look like a setup by the fighters now that I think about it. Charlo randomly standing in this spot. Jacobs pull up "randomly" a couple minutes into it. Jacobs pulling up real quick seemed suspect.

Yea I call bs on that interaction. Just f#cking fight guys...lets save acting for outside of boxing or post-boxing.

I agree with your point about acting hard in public. It doesn't really prove anything, if it did, Zab Judah, would be the greatest of all time. I was more suggesting that Charlo could have said "...you can stop this act now, we both know you are doing this for the cameras. Just sign and fight..." One thing is for sure, once Charlo gets people in the ring, they end up being counted out. That said, this one is too close to call.

Seriously I had more respect the way he confronted him, he was straight to the point, articulate until that idiot in the background started name calling. He was like a older statesman keeping the younger guy in check! It looked kinda old school. Am sure the fight would happen but money talks and Jacob isn’t ducking Charlo because he is signing with another network. Jacobs got to look after Jacobs not GGG, Charlo or whoever.

No. That's just the hallway where the exit the building through. Charlo stopped to be interviewed by the boxing media and Jacobs was exiting a few minutes after.

I can't stand that. I don't mind **** talking at all, as long as you have the balls to do it face to face.
I actually think it's something else. I take it as a change of behavior due to the presence of a threat. When you about to get off on somebody (or there's risk of a scuffle), the last thing you need to be doing is talking. That tape showed a very calm Charlo. They may be idiots in interviews, but they're always ready for that action come fight time.

The thing I saw here was Charlo was the one doing the talking in public, Jacobs wasn’t the one doing the talking, Jacobs right was putting Charlo in his place. But that doesn’t mean Charlo wouldn’t win doe, it would be a close fight like you said. But I wouldn’t want to piss off either one of the Charlo brothers before I get in the ring with them lol. Seems that gives them extra motivation.

I've noticed that the twins, although loud and angry in interviews, don't do much of that when in the presence of their opponents. Not sure why though. You can go back to their last 3 or 4 fights (pressers, etc.). They dont talk much when their opponent is in the room. Just a whole lot of talking after the fight.
Now that I think about it, Lubin and Hatley were doing most of the talking on stage and during the promos. Not the Charlos.

No rewatch the video. Charlo was paranoid looking around the entire time before Jacobs came. He knew dude was coming. Then right before Jacobs came he called his name. I say WWE set up.

Charlo just reached the division let him continue to make a name in the division.
You gotta admit that it looked like a balloon losing helium, when DJ stepped up to Jermall. Then Mell comes around after DJ was out, and he professed a different story to his brother. I didn’t like that at all. Lions Only! He was looking like a cub when DJ walked up on him

That's what I'm saying lol I think it's a mental thing with them. They be on alert instead of running their mouth. It's an interesting dichotomy lol
