If Wilder beat the cw champ

If Wilder starched AJ then beat Usyk or whoever wins the cw tournament, would this improve his all time rating? Or would he seem weak for challenging the smaller man? I think if he could make the cut and hold both unified titles at once that would be impressive.

Could he make cw at 6’7? Would it be more impressive if Usyk moved up and challenged for the hw title?

I'm one hundred percent sure usyk beats him after what I saw last night. He's twice as skilled as Ortiz and in way better condition. The knly thing that let Ortiz down was his gas tank and that was pretty much nothing to.do with wilder wearing him down. Wilder doesn't know how to fight tall either. People seem to make out these cruisers don't have any power at heavyweight but they are still big guys, he'd be catching wilder clean all night.
