Idk. I don't think we have enough evidence to say with much authority. And I don't see this mattering all that much in them fighting each other so it seems like it'll be a topic that gets discussed more & more as they get closer to fighting, but ultimately I don't see it making a difference in the outcome of their fight.
I do think Wilder avoids shots better with his movement & avoids the full brunt of a shot more than Joshua does, but that really doesn't have much to do with taking a shot better merely avoiding taking a shot (or the full impact) more often. Joshua seems to get hit solider when he's hit.
Certainly Joshua has shown an ability to comeback beyond Wilder with that Klitschko fight, but then again lets not ignore Klitschko made a decision to not step on the gas in his overly careful approach to boxing that had done him so well in the past but backfired on him that one time.
