I would say yes because he has completely directed fights with his dirty moves and even won fights solely with dirty moves he didn't get penalized for. There have been dirty fighters who snuck these moves in but I can't think of any like Ward who win fights almost solely because of it.

Is Andre Ward the dirtiest fighter in boxing history?

I wouldn’t say Ward is the dirtiest fighter out there. The problem is not with Ward. It’s the incompetent officiating that goes on in boxing. He clearly got away with it with Kessler and Kovalev but it’s also up to them to retaliate particularly when the referee is doing nothing about it.

He has a very impressive undefeated mark including amateurs into the pros. He is not a great fighter or great boxer but he is the guy who dominated from 168 to 175. Which is Light Heavyweight (160 to 175) the super and junior classes is BS!
