Neither Canelo nor Chavez made as much money as AJ though. Vegas is still the capital of boxing ppv's but that doesn't mean that Wilder vs AJ wouldn't be massive in London as well.

A contentious victory for AJ in the first fight, maybe a questionable stoppage or split decision if it goes the distance. Then super high levels of hype for the second fight and a decisive AJ vicfory.

Why are all the journalists and broadcasters discussing Wilder vs AJ throughout this fight week? I think Deontay has mentioned Joshua's name more than King Kong's in the past few days. It's amusing how they're all completely disregarding Ortiz.

Egg on the face come Sunday.

You think AJ makes more than Canelo? You crazy.

You know canelo-mayweather did 2.4 million right?

Yes I know he made more vs Mayweather but I was always under the impression that that AJ was making more than anyone now. I could be wrong however. How much did Canelo get vs GGG? More that 15 or 20 mil? If so, I stand corrected. Peace.

Klitschko fought in the US several times, but I agree with your point

I tried to find out and its hard to tell because they dont release a lot of numbers.

It seems like AJ's guarantee vs Klitschko was 13 million while Canelo's was only 5 million vs GGG.

Though both guys its going to depend a lot on who they are fighting.

He fought in the US for a number of years and even moved here to live for a while then went back to fighting out of germany because the money was better and HBO even stopped showing a lot of his fights but he didnt seem to care because the german fan base was bigger than the US fan base.
