Nothing like a big HW fight

Don't get me wrong I love watching smaller guys, Golovkin and Rigo are two of my three favorite fighters.

But in terms of the atmosphere, anticipation and the feeling of 'unknown' nothing compares to a big HW fight.

Could be because I grew up watching 90s/2000s heavies and that's how my love for the sport began but I'm sure most fans who started watching boxing pre De La Hoya era feel the same way too.

I prefer watching 147-168 because speed, power and skill is a factor.

HW is more casual fan friendly though

        Yea agree, can't wait.

Anything can happen has more meaning & history at HW than any other division. Plus the thing everyone loves, the KO, is all the more likely to happen at any moment from the first seconds down to the last seconds at HW vs any other division.

My first fight I watched was Tyson-Bruno 1. When you see something that crazy and amazing as your first boxing memory, it tends to stick with you forever. Then seeing HW fights like Holyfield-Bowe trilogy to Holyfield-Tyson 1 and one realize when the HW division is good then boxing does very well. The 90s was probably the 2nd best HW era after the 70s and it was a sight to behold. So many good HWs in the 90s. There is nothing more special in the sport than a good HW fight.

I just hope its a great fight, hopefully it isnt a stinker with Wilder on his bike for 12 rounds and a exhausted old grandpa following him around, being too slow to catch him.

Totally torn because i want the biggest fight in boxing to be made with both undefeated in AJ v Wilder, but im also a parker fan and wanna see this race baiting idiot Wilder get sparked out and exposed.

I look forward to this fight very much. It's Wilder's first fight against a real top 5 heavyweight who can box and punch. Not much chance it goes the full distance. I like the two light heavyweight fights on the same night even more.
