Also Wilder wore shoes in the final stare down after the weigh in to appear even taller. Wilder feels threatened by Ortiz !

Very odd. But who knows what he's eaten last night and today being a guy that big. 3 or 4 more meals before the fight and fluids and he may come in tomorrow at 220. I don't know how any of that works.

I think Wilder will try to play it safe, keep him at the end of the jab and maybe take him out in the later rounds when Ortiz starts fading.

Wilder by close, some may say controversial, decison.

But rooting for Ortiz who is a live dog here. War King Kong!

I've picked Ortiz by KO because I think his technical pedigree will get to Wilder, but I have been thinking a lot the last few days that there's the potential for Wilder to play this like Stiverne 1 and just try to keep him on the end of the jab all night

No way in hell Wilder can outbox Ortiz. Wilder can only win by KO. Ortiz has an amateur record of 342-19 for a reason. Much much more experience in winning rounds.
