In regards to the first fight being a "Robbery"....he admitted, his trainer admitted that he slowed down because of his conditioning, HELL, he initiated a clinch over 70 times Because now we know, that inside fighting with body blows, caused Kov to grab Ward whenever he got close. Which is why he came into the second fight with his trunks HIGHER than normal (the ref stated WHERE he would consider his beltline) So the "low blows" were not actually LOW. Have ANY of you seen a fight, in which the person you favored initially, lost due to a close decision and AGREED! We already KNOW by a lot of you guys posts, "which way you roll", look at GGG's last few fights, they were considered "ROBBERIES" because he cant have close fights through your tinted glasses. Same with Kov

Kovalev saying his fitness in the first fight not being up to scratch doesn't change the fact that he won. Because he did.

ward is irrelevant as long as hes retired. its god damn embarrassing him doing face offs with bivol and making comments about current boxers. i guess hes realised he hasnt really been missed and wants to put his name out there. its funny cause the divisions is as hot as it gets and if ward wanted to get an ATG resume the opportunities are out there, unfortunately he went the option of trying to fight frank buglioni and then retiring when that fell through. wards fought one good fighter in 6 years and couldnt beat him fairly, thats the truth of it, he started off his career well by winning super 6 and hes coasted since. even his most hardcore fans must be dissapointed at howthings have turned out since the super 6, he was primed to be running the sport but instead the only thing hes run from is hard fights.

Your take but...... Andre was gifted the first fight and allowed to foul a gassed out Kovalev in the 2nd. No big deal, just the business of boxing. The Vegas money was on Andre for both fights. Ward was too intelligent for Ward and used it for their 2nd. It didn’t hurt that Weeks let those fouls fly but it’s ancient history now. Time for Kovalev to move on.

Professional Boxing Judges (the only people who matter) 2 of them say different than a forum poster.

They were counted as 72 times for Kov
