Wilders power is as overrated as he is. C'mon people. Bums like Molina took Wilders best shots while Joshua destroyed Molina easy.

Duhappas never even went down vs Wilder but Povetkin flattened Duhappas and put him on the canvas for ten minutes.....

Wilder opponents did much better vs wilder than they performed vs

      Povetkin
      Joshua
      Miller
      Fury

So stop with all this Propaganda. Wilder is this generations poor man's Michael Grant.

😂😂I always say that myself, I grew up the 90’s which was a solid era, but I wish I could’ve experienced the four kings in the late 70’s and 80’s(my favourite era) and then Ali in the 60’s and 70’s, SRR in the 40’s and 50’s and so on

Jason Gavern gave an interview about who hits the hardest. Gavern has sparred with everyone including me when we were both amaturs in pa golden gloves.

Gavern was a pa cop and is very honest when giving his assessment. Here is who he sparred with

          Lennox Lewis
          Wlad Klitschko
          Joshua
          Wilder
          Rahman
          Arreola
          Witherspoon
          Akinwande

He said both wlad Klitschko and Lennox hit the hardest in sparring.

Gavern had fought both Wilder and Joshua as a pro and Gavern said Joshua power was the real thing. His speed and technique as much as the power contribute to him getting stopped easily by Joshua.

With Wilder he said he could take his best shot and that his power isn't as good as people say because his technique is so bad you can see the punch coming and it's easier to take because it travels such a long distance vs aj who throws shorter shots....

          These are the facts .

Yea to have been a boxing fan in the 40-50s would have been great.I learned boxing backwords by that I mean by 7 I could name all the heavy champs from my namesake on here to Holmes. It was not until mid 80s about 11-13 that I got into modern boxing.I grew up in a family that ALL boxed my dad both my older brothers. They were better fighters I was by far the biggest fan.So I seen the end of the 4 kings but consider my self an expert from class of 80 onward because I think to REALLY know a lot you need to have seen all the good clubfighters from that era otherwise how good do you know the top 20 guys are and ya need to see all the top 20 guys to know how good the top 10 is ect ect.

There’s a famous saying bro, styles make fights. Gregorio Peralta went ten rounds with George Foreman twice yet was stopped in 5 rounds by former Light HW champ Willie Pastrano. Does that mean Pastrano hits harder than Foreman??? James Tillis went the distance with both Shavers and Tyson yet was stopped in 5 by Frank Bruno, stopped by Pinklon Thomas, Gary Mason etc. As I said styles make fights!

As for Wilder’s power, I’ll put it this way: When Wilder lands clean, the fighter usually ends up out cold. I’m no Wilder fan but I keep it real. I’m pretty sure Eric Molina by his own admission has even admitted Wilder is the hardest puncher he’s faced.

And if you ask Eric Molina he will say Wilder hits hardest and also Ian Lewison(clubfighter)I think that's his name he has sparred with ALL the top heavys and he says Wilder too.So its not a fact its a opinion and MOST opinion's ive seen pick Wilder the better puncher Joshua the more complete fighter.Which is what my eyes tell me also.

I completely missed the four Kings, I obviously seen the faded versions of Duran and Hearns but I was never fortunate enough to see any of them in their primes live.
My family we’re never really into boxing, the first fight I remember was the Holyfield-Tyson rematch in 97. I just remember hearing the atmosphere at the fight on TV and that just drew me in. Then the next fight I remember was RJJ-Griffin 2 and I couldn’t believe the speed and power of Roy and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’m exactly the same as you, I love this sport to the point I’m obsessed😂😂😂

That's why I like BSing with you it shows(your passion)I had my 5 year HS reunion same night as Tyson v Holy 11 and was living in the cities at time so I ended up bringing like 10-12 guys back to my mothers house to watch it.Not one was a boxing fan but ALL wanted to see Tyson and most had heard of Holyfield. When I said I was stepping out for a bit they ALL knew where I was going so had no choice but to offer them to come watch fight. And then Mike goes off and gives boxing another black eye(boy boxing got a lot of eyes lol)
