I think he is. I suspect he's been told to mention Joshua in every interview because it's far more likely to lead to coverage. After they've covered the Joshua angle the press will mention the Ortiz fight, so it's an effective, if demeaning, media strategy.

It will also help his cause when negotiating the AJ fight if he can show media interest in his baiting of AJ
