it's not illegal if the opponent turns his head. rabbit punching is something different all together.

Impossible. The rules state clearly.

A violation of the following rules is considered a foul

You cannot punch your opponent's back, or the back of his head or neck (rabbit punch), or on the kidneys (kidney punch).

Most are agreeing it landed to the back of the head. Which automatically makes it a foul. Whatever they vote in the poll means nothing, if the believe it landed behind the head then it's a foul. Simple.
