I think GGG is a smart enough boxer that he realized that most of the time, he wasn’t forcing Canelo into the ropes. And Canelo was taking himself to ropes attempting to set traps. That’s why to a degree, I agree with Canelo’s statement that GGG didn’t take enough risks, even though I disagree with the wording. I don’t think GGG didn’t take enough risks. I think he showed Canelo too much respect. There were times, especially in the middle rounds, where Canelo was dawg ass tired and GGG let him off the hook. I think Canelo’s body work had a lot to do with GGG not being able to capitalize on Ginger being gassed. But I think GGG was a lot closer to pressuring g Canelo into submission than he realized.

The same can be said about plenty of morons who hang off "runners" balls no longer considering it the sweet science & now call a tiny bit of movement"running" even though canelo didn't fight ggg remotely like lara faught him the stats never lie & Floyd didn't run he just used to be the most defensive fighter that's ever been a ppv star, but canelos style doesn't remotely resemble his either unless you consider very high accuracy being "his style".
Completely Agreed, Comparing Canelo's defense to Lara and Floyd's Defense is completely ****** and bias, the out put of Canelo punches, combinations and staying on the ropes is eons to Lara's and Floyds one punch per round. Is just not Comparable.Comment

I don't think GGG was scared of Canelo for a single minute. It was more like the other way around. GGG was coming forward and throwing the whole fight, sometimes he connected, more times he missed. If he had been just coming forward doing nothing like that bum Chavez Jr vs. Canelo., then he would have been scared. But he was chasing and chasing Canelo round after round while throwing punches at him. THAT IS NOT being scared, that's the exact opposite.Comment

im more of a nelo fan than a 3g fan but cmon.....
nelo, you had plenty of opportunities to stand and trade. dont make it as if 3g was the one who was on the back foot.
you were the better boxer but not the aggressor.Comment

Brooke's uppercut had more affect
Than anything canelo landed. GGG hesitated cause canelo was in counter mode pretty much the whole fight. He ain't hurting GGG, don't be a fanboy, facts are facts.Comment

He should back up his words, just like you should. The whole thing is, if you wana talk tough prove it, otherwise its just talk and you look like a fool. Just like you do when you type. You know what that's exactly what it is! I've never thought of that but you said it perfectly!
Most of the fools who say Canelo ran think " Rocky Balboa " is a real fighter and that's how every fighter should fight. Especially if he's Mexican then he should definitely fight like Rocky...
Too many ****** motherfuccers on here don't know shet about boxing!Comment

Golovkin promised to fight Canelo at 154
Golovkin promised to fight Ward at 168
Golovkin promised that he would fight "anyone from 154-168"..... but then he refused to negotiate on weight with little old faded 153lb Cotto
you are completely ignoring a FIVE YEAR marketing campaign full of lies and deception, to focus on a off-handed comment that was never going to be true
dude, you are a Golovkin fan..... so he lied to YOU, not to me
ridiculous
what you are saying is..... that Canelo had to fight Golovkin at the weight which Golovkin demanded..... and he had to fight Golovkin using the style which Golovkin demanded..... or else, it aint fair lolComment

Listen to how dumb you sound. Your logic is that Brook hurt lil g & lil g took Brook out but Nelo couldn't hurt lil g & lil g couldn't take Nelo out? lil g was hesitated, got countered & couldn't land punches or take Nelo out. Nelo will win again.Comment

If brook landed more telling shots & got stopped then why did lil g hesitate against Nelo?
