As previously reported by BoxingScene.com, a very tense legal battle began earlier this week at the High Court of North Ireland, between former world champion Carl Frampton and his ex-manager and promoter Barry McGuigan. Frampton claims that he finally parted ways with McGuigan last year after the taxman called the boxer's home about a 397,000 company VAT bill.

With the tax system over there and owing 375,000 pounds he didn't make much more than that because they tax around 90% but ultimately is the fighters responsibility but I don't know how they do their taxes in there but the manager should have the figures from the original contract
