So what excuse does Deontay Wilder have of getting demolished by a 6 foot 0 light heavyweight / cruiser weight? When Alexander Povetkin has been regularly facing super heavyweights but is still yet to ever be stopped?

The comparison is between Povetkin and Wilder and that's why I'm performing this comparison.

Deontay Wilder is still yet to prove he can beat a pressure fighter who specializes in bobbing and weaving and combination punching on the inside. The last time he fought an opponent of that type, it was against Evgeny Romanov and he was brutally stopped. So maybe he could face him again to prove he has improved since then. Otherwise, he isn't a match for Alexander Povetkin. It's easy work for Povetkin! Since Povetkin > Romanov!

And if Wilder can't beat Povetkin, he sure as hell can't beat Mike Tyson!

    There are levels to this!
That's all well and good, but Deontay Wilder has now held the WBC heavyweigh title for 3 years, and has successfully defended the title numerous times. That alone would indicate to some that Wilder has improved since he ended his successful amateur career. Incidentally, Wilder won an Olympic Bronze medal as an amateur, which is more prestigious than any of Evgenyi Romanov's amateur accomplishments.
That being said, as professional fighter, Romanov has 8 fights on his resume, and none of those opponents have been worth mentioning whatsoever. Romanov may actually be able to beat Wilder, but he'll have to earn his shot at the Champion. Maybe a fight between Romanov and Povetkin would be interesting. Beating a top contender like Povetkin would certainly go a long way towards proving that Romanov deserves to fight the Champion, Wilder, in a professional title fight.

I still believe Pedvekin should be permanently banned.

One more positive PED test and he should get at least at the MINIMUM a multiyear ban.

Tyson been hating on wilder for the longest. He needs to knock it off. Like all other wilder haters..... he's giving the impression that wilder is protected and scared to fight anybody. But we all know that's not the case. If it was, the criticism would be on guys like aj, fury, and everyone else that ducked wilder. I mean, who's calling him out and he's running from???

I can tell that Mike is hurt and is on a major hate right now. There's nowhere in Hell a clean version of Alexander Povetkin whips a Deontay Wilder. Chances are Povetkin has been doping for his entire career. We already saw what a younger version of Wladimir Klitschko did to a clean Alexander Povetkin. What makes one think that Wilder won't do even worse to a clean version of Alexander Povetkin?
