I had Sor Rungivisai winning 7-4 with 1 round even. He was mashing Estradas face and not even connecting very cleanly. Estrada just didn't seem to be bothering Sor until the last 2 rounds...I do think if it went 15 Sor Rungvisai would've run out of gas, but that's not what happened. Estrada lost fair and square, hope to see Rungvisai reign for a long time. He's 31 but this new generation of athlete can go much further than that, even at these lower weights. Only thing is that he's been in a lot of fights and it showed late in the fight last night. Either way, he's put Thailand on the map in the boxing world and I'm really happy for the Thai people and him.

Very good fight. I had Rungvisai winning 8-4. Wouldn't mind 7-5 neither. I like Estrada more as a boxer but the thing with him is he fights in spurts and he's his own enemy because of it. In the couple of his last fights, he looked like he was sleep-walking for 6 out of 12 rounds. Didn't take the full advantage of Rung overreaching with a lead left (he countered it beautifuly a couple of times but not constantly enough) and I saw him only once in the 9th attacking Rung from the blind angle (not counting a couple of check-hooks, I'm talking about throwing 1-2's than stepping to the blind angle and punishing him with combos, which is very usefull against the stiffs like Rung).Last edited by StefanTosic; 02-25-2018, 11:07 AM.

She had Estrada winning 11 rounds to nil (she scored the last for Canelo out of habit).

Estrada looked like he found something once he stopped giving Sor Rungvisai so much respect and started using his speed advantage a little better. I would really fancy Estrada's chances in a rematch but I think that Sor Rungvisai won this one. My two cents. Peace.
I don't even care about results in boxing, i just find it fascinating regardless, but it seem to me that lately people just call any competitive round close and rely on compubox(which is just innaccurate fluff) to tell them who won.

Well, they say the sequel is never as good as the original. Knockdown in the opener, but in the semi and main, they just got the rounds in...The original Super Fly had a lot more excitement.
Cuadras won the Chocolatito fight and got robbed (funny that HBO only showed Choco's offense in the highlight), but he hasn't looked good since.
