The difference between pre PED Povetkin, and prime Pedvetkin, and post Ped Povetkin are clear as day. It's clear in his dominance and physical appearance.
Pre-PED's he was going the distance and struggling against fighters like Chambers, Chagaev, and Huck. He was a tubby fighter.
Prime Pedvtkin was on PED's and made his physical transformation, started knocking out bigger, better, more durable guys like Wach, Duhapaus, Takam, Perez.
Post PED Pedvetkin looks softer than ever and failed to knock out Rudenko and Hammer, almost got dropped by Hammer too.

50/50 against that little PED cheat ? ahahaha. Lewis would rip his head off, mid rounds at least.

Just for basic logical understanding. Couple of nanograms of PED inside a human body is roughly equivalent to pouring 10 grains of salt inside a ocean. How much effect would those 10 grains of salt have on the entire ocean? No more effect than a few nanograms of Meldonium would have on the entire human body.
And just for your information, a nanogram = a billion times smaller than a gram. And a billion seconds = 32 years. Just to give you an understanding of how insignificant and small a couple of nanograms of Meldonium (or pretty much any PED) is when it comes to enhancing the performance of an athlete. In fact, such a quantity of PED couldn't even enhance a fly, never mind a human athlete the size of a heavyweight boxer. Since a a nanogram is a billion times smaller than a fly and a nanogram is to a fly what the entire planet Earth is to a fly.
I advice you to use some common sense, rather than spewing nonsense!
And for all your waffle, what concrete evidence do you have that Alexander Povetkin FAILED any drug / PED test? Can you provide any concrete evidence?
As for knocking out bigger sized opponents. Alexander Povetkin was knocking out bigger sized fighters as early 2012, or before his fight against Wladimir Klitschko. He knocked out Andrzej Wawrzyk in 3 rounds. A guy who was undefeated and never knocked out before or after by anybody other than by Povetkin. He was a 6 foot 5, 230+ pound boxer. He also knocked out Cedric Boswell. Another big opponent. There are many more examples. So does that mean he was on PED then as well and can you provide evidence for it?
And a boxer can improve performance through training without consuming any extra PED. So how does his performances against Wach, Duhapas, Perez and Takam prove that he was on PED, rather than him improving himself through training hard?
Also, pretty much every boxer has stopped knocking out as many opponents after the age of 35 as before. Alexander Povetkin isn't the first and is unlikely to be the last. This has happened with Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Wladimir Klitschko, Vitali Klitschko and etc. Does that mean they also stopped taking PED after the age of 35 or is it more plausible that the cause of their decreased knockouts was old age?

Lennox Lewis's knockout power and abilities were exposed against a former light heavyweight in Evander Holyfield who he could not even drop in 24 rounds. The same Holyfield who was demolished and stopped by James Toney. The same Holyfield who was beaten more comprehensively by Chris Byrd. The same Chris Byrd who was destroyed by Alexander Povetkin?
ahahahah same old crap counterarguments from mr Idiocracy.

And thanks for your thorough rebuttal and addressing of my points. Appreciated indeed!

Like I said, I'm no scientist, I have no idea the techniques used to beat a drug test nor do you. Povetkin was prepared to beat a drug test, therefore he was doing something to minimize the amount in his body, it takes basic common sense to figure that out. The guy isn't going to take PED's and not try to hide it lmao. He tested positive for Meldonium and later Ostarine, those are facts.
Pedvetkin did not make his physical transformation until he was around 35 years old. Tyson, Lewis, Vitali, Holyfield all declined physically, nobody has made a physical transformation at HW like Pedvetkin did at his age, EVER, I dare you to find one in the history of boxing. Pro tip: you can't.
This was him at 229lbs vs Huck with a gut and excessive fat:
This is him as a 35 year old vs Charr at 225lbs, barely a 4lb difference and he's got abs. Pedvetkin dropped about 15lbs of pure fat while replacing that with lean muscle.
From age 26-34 Povetkin had a 70% KO ratio without PED's.
From age 34-36 Pedvetkin had a 100% KO ratio on PED's.
Without PED's Povetkin's KO ratio is 0%.
The last time he tested positive was his last knockout.
Common sense dude.Last edited by Cutthroat; 02-24-2018, 05:09 PM.
