I think he’s very good but how can we tell until his competition is stepped up? There are 2 fights in the coming weeks for each of the WBC full title and WBC interim title where the winners must fight each other. Taylor likely won’t get a shot at the belt until mid-late 2019 at the earliest. He needs to start calling these guys out.

Would be an excellent fight. I think Taylor will have a title by the end of the year though and Frank would have to do a co-promotion with Cyclone.

Most likely fight will be Catterall vs Ohara on BT Sport. That's a fight i'd like to see. Catterall on points for me.

I guess old washed up fighters might think that, maybe the kid should go to the States and fight some prime live dogs.

He's only had 11 fights ffs and in that time he's got himself top ten ranked. Think he's ranked n5 by the WBC. His progress has been rapid and he'll probably win a world title inside 15 fights which is very rare. People need to calm the f down.

Taylor would destroy Catterall. He's levels above him.

Yes, I do look forward for Taylor to do exactly that. I believe he's going to do very well.

You need to calm down. Talking about Taylor winning a world title inside 15 fights. Because of his relatively low level of competition, one can’t say with any certainty he will do that. He does look very good but who knows when you’re fighting nobodies

Understand this is an era of boxing where b class fighters can win a world title. 140 isnt exactly stacked with talent and it's wide open just now. Taylor will win a version of a world title inside 15 fights mark my words.
And Miguel Vasquez isn't a nobody. He was slighty past prime and fighting above his prime weight but its still a good win for Taylor due to him being the first fighter ever to not just stop Vasquez but look good against him.

That’s a fair point about titles these days but I don’t see him fighting for the WBC belt until late 2019 at the earliest. How Taylor would fare against Pograis or someone like that who will likely be the wbc titleholder, nobody knows given his opposition.
