He won't get any credit if he can't KO King Kong.

He should get credit for taking on Ortiz whether he wins or loses.

And he very well could lose because Ortiz is no joke.

I doubt it. Ortiz looks to damn old and slow. All Deontay has to do is to turn up the pressure and I'll guarantee you it'll be short night for King Kong as Wilder will get him out of there early.

This is where I disagree with Jarrell Miller. He called Wilder an opportunist for wanting to beat up a man who is a actually 43 or 45 years old.

Nothing could be further from the truth. These are the facts. If he was indeed an opportunist then why didn't Anthony jump at the chance of taking him on? After all, Ortiz was Joshua's mandatory and he turned the old man down by ducking him in favor of Carlos Takam.

Why? It's because he perceived Takam as the lesser threat of the two foes. It was the "Bronze Bomber" who had voluntarily picked up the slack in challenging King Kong for his WBC title due to AJ's insecurity.

No you don't get credit for cherry picking for 10 years and stepping up at the age of 33 in 40 pro fight, sorry Deontay.

So you're just a hater, then, and nothing Wilder does will ever be good enough.

                      Good to know.
