Danny would've been too slow for Manny Pacquiao. Pac would have thrown punches in bunches from different angles by the time Garcia decides to load up on a short range punch, Pac would have been out of range.

Pac could still whoop ass right now when it comes down to it but in the words of Danny's father Angel Garcia; When he was asked why hasn't his son fought Shawn Porter, he said quote and these are his exact words: "The business must be right".

In other words Garcia wouldn't fight Manny for under $20 Million.
