lineage is never number 2...ward was lineal at 168 and it was respected..he will not be able to overlook someone else's...kovalev ducked adonis's lineage 3 different times and each time was his highest payday....HE WILL NOT GET A MAJORITY PASS FROM ME..and ward wont either bc he ducked adonis's lineage even when he fought edwin rodriguez instead..adonis wanted to meet him at 168 then 175

I don't give Adonis or kov a pass for ducking one another. Its BS boxing politics, and it's part of what has been dragging this sport down, and why it's no longer mainstream.

I too hold the concept of lineage in high reguard, but lineage many times gets watered down, and there's no better example of that then Adonis.

Kov was ripping through the entire LHW division, while adonis's lineage was becoming irrelevant. I'm not necessarily going to follow group think either, but in this case, group think was just common sense. Kov was THE man of the division.

Comparing Ward's lineage to Adonis's, is like comparing a 2 car garage to a skysc****r.

I didn't always like Wards path at 168, but he seen Kov at the top of the mountain at 175, and said I'M TAKING OUT THE KING! I respect the heck out of that!

Giving Adonis as much clout as you give him, is like saying the queen of England is running the country, when it's actually the elected government.

BAHAHAHA. That was a good analogy, but I couldn't say that without laughing. Actually it's the Rothschilds that run England and part of the world, and from what I understand, the queen is part of those families. Smh.
