Miller knows deep down this is a pivotal fight for him. If he's really serious about his career, he HAS to have a great showing vs Duhaupus. All the b.s. blabbering he can stammer through after a loss here will do him absolutely no good. Zero Joshua title shot if he fizzes out here. I'm sure he knows it, and he damn well better show it.Comment

Not totally his fault a lot of guys ducked but Miller getting shot against Joshua if both win easiest route to title shot ever. Never fought a top 10 guy conditioning will haunt him against eliteComment

This is a big fight for both. Miller is the favorite to win but Duhaupas is no gimme. I'd favor Duhaupas to beat any of Miller's previous opponents including Wach & Washington. Sure Wach beat Teper while Duhaupas lost but both were close fights. Duhaupas has wins over Charr & Helenius since then while Wach has declined. Teper hasn't won a significant fight since testing positive for PEDS. Duhaupas should have no trouble handling Miller's power. Miller throws a lot of punches but so does Duhaupas. This is a WBA title eliminator so I expect both to be well prepared especially Duhaupas as he will get a full training camp in. Miller is in line for a title shot if he wins this fight. The Charr/Oquendo winner will be in line for a title shot as will Povetkin being the mandatory. If Parker pulls the upset over Joshua the whole WBA picture changes. I'm not sure if there is an immediately rematch clause if that were to happen but Miller's shot in August would be out the door so it is crucial he wins this fight. If Duhaupas wins this fight he is in line for another big payday. I'm sure he would like a rematch with Povetkin with a full training camp as we all know he took the fight on a couple days notice while he was on Xmas vacation with his wife. Johann also has a win over current WBA Regular champion Manuel Charr. He could be in line for the winner of Charr/Oquendo. This fight is huge for Miller & Duhaupas. The consolation prize could be the WBA regular trinket until their opportunity comes. Povetkin could stop Miller/Joshua from happening as he is the WBO/WBA mandatory so he could choose to flex his muscles. He does have a powerful promoter behind him. Miller/Duhaupas winner could have to wait for Povetkin, Wilder & Charr/Oquendo winner before getting their shot. Add another Joshua fight if Parker were to pull off the upset...Comment
