I don't know, man. I like the guy and I've said so many times. I know his resume still sucks a bit but even that's gradually coming together. He's entertaining and almost always gets the stoppage... what's not to like?

Aj has been ducking wilder forever. Wilder first called out AJ for January 2016 when glazkov ducked wilder to chase a vacant belt against a second tier hw named Martin. AJ was wbc #2 at the time. Heard said AJ wasn't ready for wilder or a title shot yet. Yet his next fight was against previous said second tier hw Martin for his newly gifted ibf belt. That was the beginning. There's a long list of times he ducked wilder. But I wanna see somebody dispute this fact before we move on.

This is not what happened. Yes, Wilder did demand 50/50, just as Parker did. You have to ask for too much initially in a negotiation because the other side is going to offer too little. Hearn will offer 70/30 and the fight will get made at 60/40.

Nobody ducked anybody. Hearn wasn't willing to make the fight until later in the year. Hearn sat down with Finkel & Haymon and said the fight should wait so it could be built up further.

So how can Wilder duck a fight that wasn't offered?
