Floyd convincingly beat Canelo, he then moved up to another division, Canelo ruled the 155 division with a steal fist. But canelo moved up in weight and he expects canelo to stand and ****....If he could cut off the ring as YOU and his fans say, his movement shouldnt have been a problem.

GGG did cut off the ring. That's why Canelo spent most of the fight with his back to the ropes.

Imo, Golovkin didn't risk letting go with power shots when he had Canelo trapped because he was happy to win the fight on points and then secure a rematch, which is what would happened with competant judges.

That's your opinion, but it's not what the record states. Although one judge should be permanently banned, and GGG was the consistent aggressor, I still could see 6 rounds for Canelo, just for his defensive skills (which I didn't know he had until that fight) and his counter-punches!

"You've got to beat the Champ".

I can't believe some of the things you guys say

I can remember Canelo fighting the 4 best JMW's on the planet, CONSECUTIVELY..... and then fighting a supposed killer in his first real fight at middleweight

I can also remember Golovkin promising the world, and yet delivering nothing.....

Weekend Review: Biggest Winners and Losers of 2017
"Golovkin waited his entire career for big fights and then fell short when he got them, struggling to beat Danny Jacobs and settling for a draw with Alvarez"

it is hollow comments like that, as well as hollow comments from Golovkin himself, that fuel most of the negativity directed toward him

at least Canelo wasn't too scared to fight Lara

I have to say the lack of hype for the rematch is noticeable. I was just looking at news articles for this fight and it is way down compared to the first fight. Not sure they can manufacture enough "news" to make this fight bigger than the first. I think it likely will sell less.

that is right up there with..... Golovkin lets his opponent hit him, so he can feel their power
