I hope Ortiz puts this moron in the hospital for awhile. Damn Wilder is an annoying and ignorant baffoon. Take him out.

Wilder will use his feet and stay out of range until an opportunity for his right hand presents itself.

Wilder often gets stoppages by leaping in from a distance, using good athleticism to cover ground at a rate which surprises his opponents and often coupling this with his lead hand pulling down his opponent's guard to make room for the big right to land. I think his team knows that against a boxer with excellent timing, that's a dangerous strategy, as he could end up walking onto something heavy and doubling its impact. I don't see him attempting this till at least round 5/6 depending on how tired Ortiz gets.
Deyonce has NO footwork so he WILL be in front of him. Ortiz will be the stalker and walk Wilder down. Believe it. Wilder will throw off balance haymakers that Ortiz expects and will counter his dumbass and put him away. For good.

If Wilder is serious, Wilder wins. I know he is ugly and off balance when he is excited, but he is also very quick for a HW and we have seen him work behind a jab. He needs to box as the taller fighter he is, and Ortiz and his plodding self will not be able to do much but chase him slowly and get hit as he comes forward or stand, get hit, and try to counter-punch slowly.

If Wilder is just going to try and be dominate, flailing about looking for the KO with every swing, Ortiz will block all the ugly stuff and counter-punch him out of business. Ortiz is very sound and is not an easy out. His power is arguably every bit as good as Wilder's.

So... it is up to Wilder. Period. I do not think Ortiz can win this so much as which Wilder shows up will dictate if he loses or not.

I got Wilder, but would not be surprised if it is a 12 round UD blow out.

Wilder will have to make some serious mistakes if Ortiz is to win. In his last 3 fights, Ortiz has looked really slow and inaccurate, against limited opposition too (have a watch of the Dave Allen fight - so many missed punches).

If Wilder boxes behind his jab, uses his athleticism to get around the ring and bides his time before going for the KO, I can't see him having too many problems.

If Ortiz tries to walk down Wilder he will walk in to that right hand. Ortiz may take a couple of them well because he tucks his chin, but he will get hit on temple or behind ear and go down.

Ortiz will try to be the stalker, but he'll move so slowly that Wilder won't be troubled moving out of range and engaging when he wants to.

Wilder has some good athletic attributes, but as he's shown against Washington, Spilka, Molina etc. he can't box. His team aren't even going to attempt to box Ortiz; they'll just wait until his heart explodes and then pick him off.

Habitual Cheater Ortiz has looked like utter **** in his last two fights, his lack of fighting good fighters and time off, along with his drug abuse and his age have taken its toll on him as a fighter. No way, no how he wins this fight and he's definitely not finishing on his feet either. You can't sit there and tell me he's not going to get hit with that money punch and when he does he's going down for SURE.
